How to Create Campaigns
Learn how to create and send one-time review campaigns in Endorsa. Customize your audience, schedule messages, and track delivery with full control over each contact’s settings.
Creating One-Time Review Campaigns
Campaigns in Endorsa allow you to send one-time review requests to a targeted group, or all of your contacts. These are great for manual outreach, seasonal pushes, or re-engagement efforts.
How to Launch a Campaign
Go to the Campaigns tab on the left sidebar.
Click “New Campaign” and follow these steps:
📝 Name Your Campaign
Give your campaign a name that helps you remember its purpose (e.g., "Spring Customer Review Blast").
🗓️ Schedule the Campaign
Send Date: Choose the date the messages will be sent.
Send Time: Select the time they’ll go out (based on America/Toronto time zone).
Customize Campaign Settings
Use the toggles to fine-tune your campaign audience:
Exclude Past Reviewers
Skips contacts who have already left a Google review for your business.
Exclude Previously Messaged Customers
Avoids sending to contacts who’ve been included in prior campaigns.
Exclude Contacts by Tag
Filter out contacts with specific tags (e.g., Lead, Follow-Up, VIP).
If a contact has any of the excluded tags, they won’t be included.
💬 Choose Your Message Template
Select the review request template you’d like to use. If needed, you can create a new one on the fly from the Templates tab.
Save & Review the Campaign
Click “Save Draft” to save your settings. Then, scroll down the page to Review & Publish:
This area shows the filtered list of contacts based on your campaign rules.
Manually exclude any individual contact by unchecking them from the list.
Publish Your Campaign
Scroll to the bottom and click “Publish Campaign”.
Confirm your selection when prompted.
The campaign will now be scheduled, and a queue will be generated.
Monitor the Campaign Queue
After publishing, you’ll see a progress bar at the bottom of the screen showing how long until messages are sent. You can also view all active campaigns in the Queue tab.
Click any contact to open their Queue Details Page, where you can:
Edit the send time, date, or message specific to that contact
Remove them from the campaign queue entirely
