Use the Queue in Endorsa to track and manage all scheduled review messages. View by day, month, or list, and edit message settings for each contact with full flexibility.
Using the Queue to Manage Scheduled Review Requests
The Queue tab is your central hub for tracking all scheduled messages from both automations and one-time campaigns. It’s designed with a visual calendar interface, making it easy to monitor and manage upcoming review requests at a glance.
🔍 What You Can See in the Queue
All contacts who are scheduled to receive a review request
When each message will be sent
You can view the queue in multiple formats:
Day View: See scheduled messages for a specific day
Month View: Get a big-picture overview
Table View: Easily scan through all scheduled contacts in list form
Add New Items to the Queue
Click “Add Items” in the top-right corner to:
Launch a new Campaign
Create a new Automation
This is a quick access shortcut for scheduling new review requests right from the Queue tab.
Managing Queued Contacts
There are two ways to interact with scheduled messages:
Click a Day on the calendar to see all contacts scheduled for that date.
Click any individual contact to open their Queue Details Page.
From there, you can adjust the message’s date, time, content, or even delete the message for that contact.
Click Any Contact Directly from the calendar to access their queue entry and make edits on the spot.
This flexibility allows you to fine-tune messages on a per-contact basis, even after a campaign or automation has been scheduled.
