What You’ll See in the Contacts Table
The contacts list displays key details for every contact:
Email and Phone Number
Date Created and Last Updated
Source of import (e.g., Stripe, CSV, HubSpot)
Tags assigned to the contact
Rating if the contact has been linked to a review (1–5 stars)
Editing a Individual Contact
Click any contact in the list to open their Contact Details Page, where you can:
Add, edit, or remove tags to help segment your audience. Tags can be used for filtering and grouping contacts to better target your automation campaigns.
Assign a primary contact record if they’ve been imported from multiple sources
Endorsa sends SMS messages using the name from the most recently imported record when contacts share the same phone or email.
View full contact data: name, email, phone, import source, and timestamps
View Connected Reviews
At the bottom of a contact’s details page, you’ll see any reviews that contact has left—making it easy to track feedback and engagement history.
