Using the AI Review Assistant
Endorsa’s AI Assistant helps you craft thoughtful, brand-aligned responses to your Google reviews in seconds. Whether you’re thanking a happy customer or addressing a negative experience, you can use the AI to save time while maintaining a personal touch.
💬 Reply to Reviews with AI
When viewing reviews in the Reviews tab, you can choose to:
Write your own reply manually
Or click “Generate AI Response” for a smart, pre-written message based on the review content and your brand preferences
🧠 Configure the AI Assistant
To ensure the AI reflects your company’s voice and values, you can customize its settings.
You can access these settings by:
Clicking “Configure AI Assistant” above the message box when replying to a review, or
Going to Settings > AI Settings in the left-hand navigation
AI Customization Options
In the AI Settings panel, you can define the following:
Business Name and Business Type
Helps the assistant understand your brand context (e.g., “My Company Inc.” / “High-end restaurant”).
Preferred Tone
Choose multiple tones to guide the assistant’s style. Options include:
Friendly
Casual
Professional
Formal
Technical
Informative
Review Handling Preferences
Positive Reviews: e.g., “Mention our loyalty program and thank the customer”
Negative Reviews: e.g., “Always acknowledge the issue, offer a solution, and provide contact details”
Support Contact Info
Add your email or phone number so the assistant can include it in relevant replies.
Additional Instructions
Provide any specific guidance (e.g., "Always escalate issues related to billing", or "Offer a discount if they mention long wait times").
🧠 Once you’ve completed the fields, click “Save.” These settings are automatically applied every time you generate an AI response to a review.

Use the AI Assistant as a starting point, and feel free to edit the message for more personalization.
For critical or sensitive reviews, always review the AI response before posting to ensure it aligns with your customer service policy.
