Using the Dashboard
The Dashboard is your central overview for managing your connected Google Business Profile within Endorsa. It gives you a real-time snapshot of your performance, contact activity, and reviews—all in one place.
What You Can See on the Dashboard
Total Contacts Imported: See how many contacts you’ve added to Endorsa.
New Contacts This Month: Track monthly growth and new imports.
Contacts Messaged: Monitor how many customers have received review requests via campaigns or automations.
Contacts That Left Reviews: See how many recipients followed through and left a Google review.
Contact Overview
View a list of all your contacts.
See where each contact was imported from (e.g., HubSpot, Stripe, QuickBooks, CSV).
Click on any contact’s name to open their individual profile, where you can:
View their reviews
Manually adjust settings
Assign or update information
Quick Access to Reviews
You’ll also see all your Google reviews right in the dashboard:
Click the three-dot menu beside any review to:
Reply (manually or with AI assistance)
Assign the review to a contact for tracking purposes
