Creating Automations
Set up automated review campaigns in Endorsa with custom triggers and delays. Learn how to configure review automations using Stripe, HubSpot, or QuickBooks for hands-off review collection.
Setting Up Automated Review Campaigns
Once your integrations are synced with Endorsa, you can begin creating automations, hands-off review campaigns that continuously run in the background. Automations help you collect reviews on autopilot, saving you time while boosting your online reputation.
Before You Begin
Make sure you’ve connected at least one of the following integrations:
HubSpot
Stripe
QuickBooks
These will serve as the contact sources for your automation.
How to Create an Automation
Click on the Automations tab in the left sidebar.
Click “New Automation” and follow these steps:
Step 1: Name Your Automation
Give it a name that helps you easily identify its purpose (e.g., “Stripe Customers – 1 Day Follow-Up”).
Step 2: Configure Timing
Send Time: Choose what time of day the SMS review request should be sent.
Delay: Set the number of days to wait after the trigger before sending the message.
Example: If you’ve just completed a service and integrated Stripe, you might want to send a request 1 day later while the experience is still fresh. For longer sales cycles, you could delay it by a week or more, it's flexible based on your business needs.
Step 3: Select the Message Template
Choose from your saved templates, or click to create a new one tailored to this automation.
Step 4: Choose the Connection
Select the specific integration (HubSpot, Stripe, or QuickBooks) that will trigger this automation.
Final Step: Launch It
Once all the fields are filled in:
Click “Create”. Your automation is now live and will run continuously based on your settings.
Monitor with the Queue Tab
Navigate to the Queue tab to view your calendar of upcoming messages. Here, you can:
See when review requests are scheduled to be sent
Ensure everything is running smoothly
Make adjustments if needed
