Manage and reply to Google reviews inside Endorsa. Use AI to craft personalized responses, configure tone and support info, and assign reviews to contacts to optimize future campaigns.
Managing & Responding to Google Reviews
Once your Google Business Profile (GBP) is connected to Endorsa, you can manage all your reviews from one convenient dashboard.
Accessing the Reviews Tab
Go to the Reviews tab in the left sidebar.
Here, you’ll see all reviews tied to your connected Google Business Profile(s).
Any existing replies will be shown under each review as “Business Response.”
🔍 Search & Filter Your Reviews
Use the Search and Filter buttons in the top-right corner to:
Sort by star rating
Find specific keywords
Focus on unanswered reviews
Review Actions Menu
Click the three dots at the top-right of any review to access two key options:
Reply to Reviews
Assign a Review to a Contact
Option 1: Reply to Reviews
Write your own reply, or use “Generate AI Response” for a smart, personalized suggestion. To learn more about how to configure the AI assistant, click here.
Once you're satisfied with the message, click Post Reply to publish it directly to your Google Business Profile.
